Change the touch if u have and still didn't work remember to see the connector of old touch they are two different versions of it but u can make a difference by looking at the colour of strip it has to matching with the old one eat her it's brown or green connector miss match of that can also cause it to not to work or some time working or some time keypads jam also so b sure what colour is the old one and change it with the Same
