fist u can change sim ic like 2630 nokia
and check the track sim slot if bad or missing
finally chane the PM ic is working 100%

change sim tray 100% tested by me ......bt nt sure abt ur cellphone ......... must try it !!

The problem is this, VCC should be 2.8~3.1v but its 0v on the phone, this could mean that U2001 (ANA-01448-002) is faulty. When i try to loop from pin 31, it works for some time then it gives sim error.
Let me try re-soldering U2001, will post result immediately.
