software problem, reason maybe manual reset by the owner

Its hardware BB10-0020 = the device did not start up due to a non-functional or bad battery.

check battery or connector.
may be some shorting?

Its Software problem

Its hardware check the battery connector i do that almost every day one of the connector is not connecting check the 4 pins and read with miter if working well

i have a blackberry q10 i am stuck on blackberry anti theft ID
any body have solution to activate my q10 with out ID
or in other words jow to active pr bypass blackberry q10 anti theft Id

BBQ10 WHEN POWER ON THEN RED LED BLINKING 1x long and after 6x short??
For example when bblink tries to be connect to adjourn the system. Then the red led returns 10111111...........

its a software problem 10000000%. i got this problem 15 times in a week. just look ur phone version in back sticker and download rapido installer according to the version and install it. problem will solve 100%.
