9300 trackpad

my little girl has a 9300 and just asked me to repair the track pad as it keeps freezing every few hrs. i just picked up a new track pad thats in the post but with the old one working for hrs at a time could the fault be something else i read about people using card under the battery to push on the pcb to fix this what has got me thinking it might be worth using my heatgun to reflow the board?

make it sure you have change the trackpad with the same series

like 041, 031, 011, 022 etc

... n don't forget to put black solatip like the origin trackpad

if i press down the clicker for 10 secs the mouse starts to work again for another few hrs
