yes i can flash but still hang and restart when fully start

step 1 friend you reset lcd . step 2 you flash auto loader full

if u did full os but not solved then now try to change flex, for bad flex 9800 restart some times.

frist wipe it and then flash it.....ur problm will be slove

dont use autoloader & lcd reset it will damage your phone , first try to clean your battery see if there is some carbon ,& clean also battery conncetor , change battery if u have another battery , if not solve then clean charging jack...if nt success then post again
