but still same...

Pls share the solution...

ok check battery cover , must on because if the battery cover off phone will auto off

downgrade the phone firmware to os 7.0

Hi I have a 9900 now and am pleased with it. I have one ongoing issue though, randomly it seems to turn itself off whilst its on the desk next to me.BacklinksVault

use charger to pwr on,still auto off or not.....

yes when charger plugged in phone works fine but when charger removed phone switched off.

just swit on bluetooth or wifi.phone will be ok

Problem solved. Keep wifi or bluetooth on and phone is 100%.
