BlackBerry 9900 Red Light not Detected by PC

Hello there

I recently got off this Bold 9900 left it on charge one night then woke up being to this; vine co/ v/ MKa9AXDqV5Z

I tried to do the repair by myself but then my PC( Windows 8.1 64-Bit) won't detect the phone, there is no sign of the phone being connected to the pc like a sound a least . Note I have the DM is installed, with the latest version, and 9900 OS 7.1 loader from DoCoMo Japan installed too.

Tired doing the force detection where i plug the phone to pc w/out battery then insert after a while, no change.

Thank you!
