Hi Master, about his phone problem I have seen study case about that, it actually the components on negative line has problems, look for schematic for troubleshoot the negative line of battery connector

thants vsim problem...

jumper 2.8v or 1.8v to vsim

read schematic

bb9900 red cross on battery only!!!

tried new battery
tried new software but stuck at connecting jvm

make sure vbat direct not short...

make sure bat_id track is good

q20 no power at all, swapped two batteries, original one doesnt charge, phone draws 0.03A on battery connector when outer power source is applied, usb draw is about 0.01A, no leds at all, tried checking pb flex and usb port flex, everything is working fine

hello
black berry 9720,usercode probelm,i formated it,
but after formate very weak signal,some time full signal but droped soon than can not call,
usally shows EMERGENCY CALL ONLY
i updated by bb manager,flashing also but no work,what is that main issue hardware or softare im confuse................
so please any solution help me urgent

plz chk in network settings if 3g/4g is enabled. select 2g and check, if same then its 100% hw problem

Then it might be with the hardware issue.. Chk antenna on the phones motherboard or might be the network ic
