My blackberry Z30 touch screen stop working and I have tested it with new screen yet not touching, any help?

What causes you to switch touch screen?
touch screen error, broken or exposed to water?

it has fallen inside water some months ago and I disassembled it and dried it with rework station and it works fine. It just started not touching last week.
