Hello, Please my blackberry q10 is running down the battery after 10 minutes of full charging, please what can i do to get this solved?

Nice reply, but i guess the batteries are all the same, not strong in any way.

pls my bb q5 trips off when I unplugged the charger, and will not on except I plug back the charger. I have changed the battery but still the same problem. pls help
