Z3-1 after update to 10.3.1 touch not working anymore

Customer brought z3-1 for me to update it after update it to 10.3.1 touch not working anymore again..

I updated my bb z3 10.2 to 10.3.1 now my touch is not working anymore and i now i upgraded it back to 10.3.2 still touch not working i dont know if i downlgrade it back to 10.2 will it work


and i cant find any 10.2 autoloader anywhere

if i can find 10.2 signed bar files for debrick and radio i will be happy..

I need working link to 10.2 either signed .bar or autoloader.

Please help me

Sache link hv only valid radio files only working but someone has debrick + core workin link post here for me ok...

I have another z3 here with me after update touch not working again..plz any guired on how touch will work back

or any file you recommend me to downnload and flash.. That will fix touch issues

i solved it by downgrading it back to old version

10.2.1 version

Dude may be ur firmware's problem.
I flashed many time without any internel problem.
I am sure that this the ur firmare's problem kindly when u downgraded it's working perfectly.

plz can you post your version for 10.3.1 and 10.3.2 you normaly use which has no problem ..
