phone status dead

1st: i use mcnpro light box to pinfind. but mcnpro light cant pinfind .cant detect rx-tx
2nd: i use other tools to pinfind . pinfind success & info
3rd: i set com from other tools and open mcnpro sw and set proper com detect by other tools. try to read but error try to format done but phone still dead..!
