I jst bought a new mcn pro light box from gsmserver.com, i plug to my pc computer, download mcn pro light driver,update tool, code reader tool, the problem is i did exactly as demonstrated above, but wont connect to pc, in order word, whenever i try to read out my box serial no./activation code by using the mcn pro light code reader tool, it will say "BOX NO CONNECT TO PC.'' plz help, bcuz my pc computer recognizes mcn pro light box as a hardware device in the first place. Pls help, anybody!, any product supporter,pls
