Something about 6516 / 6573 / 6575 / 6577 / 6255 / 6276 issues.
- 6516 have to using serial port (COM) flash boot , then using USB flash other remainder.
- 6573 / 6575 / 6577 only using USB. but during flashing , which will be automatic detect other USB port.
those kindly phone sometime need press "UP key" to init the port, but sometime no need, depends ... strange design. 
- 6255 / 6276 both flash via USB Vcom, but sometime 6276 can flash only via serial port (COM)
A, MT6276, If some phone can not power on. mean's already dead (To be sure you flashed the right flash file), don't worry, First using serial port (COM) flash boot, then let USB finish other remainder.
B, MT6276, If working phone , you can flash the phone direct by USB (Which mean's Boot will be not flashing) So, Once customer get those type phone , you have to spend more time play around. this is not easy. i hope those info can help around.
