dear support, i have been asking for activation since past weekend and still no reply, no activation no nothing... what else should i do??? maybe its worthy burn this dongle because its useless.

i have battling to activate fire dongle, which i recently bought. yet you did activate... congrats for that, i could use it for almost a week and was happy for that. this morning i woke up and try to work a phone, with no success. fire dongle is dead. no serial number showing no making update... what is this??? its funny. i have plenty pkeys from manny boxes... almost 12 of them, but only fire dongle is giving me problems... it should be a good dongle but it cannot satisfy its *******rs... by the way. i did attach well the pkey and did try other usb ports, did uninstall and reinstall.

This dongle is brand new...I have never used it a single time. starcodes..earching dongle..Found.
