Hi support,

I cant update RED reader to new firmware with the latest blackberry108 update..

I get this message:

Wrong Responce from card ! unplug your dongle and plug it than retry.
Your Dongle Firmware is Not up to date, plz update your dongle Firmware to Ver : 0101

I tried on XP and WIN7

Any help?

all people with more than 10 attempts to update the firmware of your card, and you can not update it, the card is blocked and you can not update it ..
Plz don't do Many attempts plz

funny stories !
fake update u post then u tell us that go work hard
and make a serious solution to this situation ,a lot of your customers
are in the same situation.
if not i will tell that it s a strategy to make us buy another one
yellow or purpule , Mxkey storry or what?

We not make funy story Man, this problems was caused by resselers that sel fire cards with differents readers that we use , all custumers that bougth from us get yellow reader and not have any problems! By the way we will not let our custumer down, you can contact your resseler and he will replace for free your card

we don't make funny storie,
we work to give the best a our customers !!
if you know, our team sell just one reader, yellow reader and we don't have any problems.
but the problems is: every day we get a different reader and different color. and each one we told: i have problems with red pkey or purple or ....
and Our obligation is to seek solutions ??

You can do all job with fire-dongle FW: 0100 or not ??
