how to fix please???

and second problem, impossible update my dongle

it's your windows problem,
because in server we have much users with Good Check
Try in many PC plz

i try 3 orther computer and 1 clean new windows 7 no antivirus no firewall ...

all product work in all my computer (nspro, mxbox, mxkey, setool, ufs, riff, microdongle, microbox, gsmfinder) all ok but firedongle not, why? i have put new windows7 clean any software only firedongle and not work, its a lenovo t61 and lenovo x300, 2 computer cleaned for test !!!!

the firedongle use special port for contact server? possible routeur block demand???
