This is absolutely arrogant and irresponsible on the part of the support team of oneunlock. when your clients and intending client have genuine complaints and they are absolutely ignored.

It make for politeness if they could be told whats wrong with their requests. Stuffs happen and targets are missed it can happen to anybody, but any responsible supplier will come out and talk back to people.

There are many people here who paid one way or the other and their payments were not reflected. tell them why this is so. Some paid and were told by 24hrs service must have been rendered, and weeks on nothing and they are kept in the dark (am a victim). This is gross failure and very arrogant.

hopefully someone will read this and act responsibly.

took 11 days waiting for me to solve my problem i paid by paypal $105 and i have not responded since then but the money if the claimed without both expect that irresponsibility and one relying on them
