6531 not reading - GSM-Forum

Dear piranha team what is the matter with the box? It doesnt read the spreadtrum cpu phone of 6531c.I have tried all updates but theres nothing.
Help me please

Please help me with itel it2020 how to unlock it coz i have tried several times but it is not reading

Do it with USB cable:
1-select boot 6531 , brand usb mode, select USB cable in piranha box 1.43
2-connects the USB cable to the battery cellular phone without
3- press star in module piranha box 1.43 4- take and hold the menu key on the cell phone and put the battery box and piranha will detect your cellular

pd: there are times that the key to be pressed changes if you don't test detects by pressing menu by pressing : volume down, volume up, backspace key, etc.
