Can not use my box, always error
 

I have not used this box for more than 10 month. every time I try to use the updates I get errors,
What do I do with the box and the dongle now?
Repaired firmware OK
Box test OK

but I get error when I open exe.

same problem facing last ten days now new update is available but it gives error server connection error check internet
