My gsm cocktail dongle not dedacted
 

HII, IJUST BOURT MY GSM DONGLE 1 MONTH AGO..... BUT UNFOTUNATELY IT CANT RESPONT TO ANY PORT OF THE COMPUTER...... [LAPTOP/ CPU] IS THERE ANY WAY TO REPAIR IT? OR............ WHAT CAN I DO?? :confused:

It cant deduct to any computer / laptop port..... When you plug in to the port , no sound or light to show whether it its pluged in....... There for idont no what to do...... Is there any assitance???
