i have blackberry 9780 handset after blackberry it's give white lcd i try to flash with gsm cocktail but it's not booting here is it's screnshoot

plz help me to solve the phone problem

Hi

brother remove batter and put it back while usb should be connected
after get read info and also chck device manager to chck usb drivers are their showing or not..

100% your phone battery is low.charge it first and than put it.
