Urgent.flashing blackberry z10 - GSM-Forum

-I have blackberry z10, how it can flash by gsm coctail?? Icant see Z10 model on the list.
-Before i was succes more than 10times with bblink or autoload stl100-1(my device model-see on sticker).
-My device is STL100-1 model with massage in the screen:
bberor.com.

WHEN I was DO IS:
try flashing with bb link and the device cant lock.
try flashing with autoloader, the massage in pc is resetting the device several times.

ARE ITS HARDWARE PROBLEM. WHEN I CONNECT IT TO PC DEVECI CANT LOCK AND RESTARTING WITH error on the screen
