well in set not detecting with software ?mean working xism .try to change xsim dongle or change your os .i am using xp sp2.

i mean x-sim is working well in set but when i try to connect in update dongle to update but not detecting with soft but it is in white x-sim and same as u show in pic which is orignal or clone dongle reader is ok and can update black x-sim

what problem will be ?

Post here picture of your sim, and post screenshot when you insert xsim with your sim card .does it ask pincode or imsi?

yes sim is asking code and working well in set y u not understand i am try to understand y soft cannot read it for updating reader is ok i can update other black sims and no problem updating in black sims problem is comming in white sims

problem :your white xsim can not be update with updater .may be your white xsim is fake or it is clone one .kindly post picture here.i show your another fake one xsim

Try to change another xsim and connect again, if not work try to change xsim updater,post screen shot plz.

check first before you buy .this is another fake copies of xsim .it can only use with v5.0.1 . it can not use for iso 6 and it is unable to update with dongle
