Need Latest Update Software - GSM-Forum

My new set of xsim I just received seems to have old software. Also the packet is all green (the former was green and black).

Pls can anyone send me the latest update software?
Support is not online on skype and reseller say I should contact official website.

same here i need latest software i buy 10 pcs of xsim ultra from china but i did not get any update firmware,i try to contact in china no replay i also have xsim adapter i bought 6 month ago never use can u plz guy giv me firmware update so i can use on 2 iphone 6 plus

All sim team no give support after buy sim and dongle. I have xsim and r sim dongle. No have correct instruction. No support. No answer. Nothing. Only sell unsupported products. Sorry but this is a big joke with customers
