Problem occured "no service" unlocking with x-sim

Hello, i have bought xsim evo ultra v4.2 i have been using it without problems in my country where I live. And i went to college and i switch to other country SIM and its now working. I get xsim menu i do everything i need and when i restart phone i get only no service i tryed everything removing sim, restarting phone, reseting network settings, reseting whole phone, mobile data on/off... nothing!
i have 3 sim cards from this country where i am now and any of them wont work with xsim only one which works is the SIM from my country where i lived and when i put that sim it finds networks i choose one and i get signal but its roaming of course.
