Thanks to all of you. Now, I have another question on this: to use the C65 language pack, I have an USB cable. Instructions on Siemens webpage indicate that the USB port should be set to a COM port to be recognised. How can I do this??

You must download and install usb cable drivers. They set the usb cable to com port. Check siemens portal for this drivers or landy's web:
