Orders stuck in waiting action state

I´m really dissapointed with actual Codesunlocker service.... I put orders and stuck in "waiting action" have a big delay procesing orders, others bad service, I order codes and return "Not found" but work with others supply... Very bad service...

we are working with gsm market from 18 years , no one can say we are selling fake service ,
from from last few days our web have api issue and we try solve so some time few order delay , but we still try doing all order faster like before ,
till monday our api and web issue will be solve , so we are still work on that to solve problem,

so please don't say we are selling Fake and bad service,
its just issue from our web api and its solve as soon as possible.

And what about this order 471253 ?
Checking for icloud status since 4th ! More than 4 days and still waiting for action !!!
And this order : 468314 and 468439 for ipad serial, both are fake cuz after i wrote those serials it shows icloud and i messaged u but u ignored me on whatsapp, aren't they fake ?!

if there buy any a5/a7/a8 and if not working sn there no have any refund already we write in service inform.
if agry then can buy sn , if not agree dont order buy any sn please.
