i forgot my password and tried to reset now my is has been blocked :rolleyes:

i want to reset password as i forgot it. and its asking for the mobile number. i entered my number it says wrong answer. i tried with + sign it again refuse to accept it after that i tried with 00 instead of + it again shows that wrong answer??? what is the procedure of password reset?
