the phone was with me all the time, i already reseted before and was going to activate it and sell it, so is not possibile "my customer put new icloud" because never used it.
is it possible it relocked alone?

the imei give me icloud locked now

hello
i told you and send you private msg and skype too
phone was always not activated , the icloud account from gmail changed to yahoo alone.
i tried to activate it but phone at end still say icloud linked and cannot go further

As you told Us the icloud did change to w****@yahoo.com
All we can do is to buy apple id again
But You know not possible grantee after remove as People can change again
if you need refund we have to refund it our self !!
