Member: 1895702 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 4 | CDMA WS: Rebuild Feature First one, after doing a hard reset to facilitate ota programming, the phone goes into a bootloop...starts up with Samsung splash screen and then the word Loading comes on the screen..and it repeats over and over. Second one, I tried to write the meid from one that wouldn't power up to this one so that I could get it programmed and get the profiles out of it...in the process, I guess I made a mistake because the meid showed up as disabled on cdma ws and zeroed out on the phone. All attempts to write(even the original meid) failed. Both phones basically useless at this point. So I thought what the heck and Clicked on the Other tab, and Started the rebuild feature on the second one first...It worked like a charm, phone had correct meid back on it. So the first one would only show up on port for a split second before the reboot would start again, as soon as it did I clicked and started the rebuild feature...to my amazement, it worked like a charm.. Phone booted up perfectly normal. Not sure what all phones this feature will work with, or how exactly it even works...I tried to use it with a Incognito that I have that is stuck in a bootloop as well, but it won't stay on long enough to connect to port. But it's definitely a feature you might want to try if your at a total loss with a phone, it saved me on two phones I paid $30 a piece for, that had been collecting dust for a couple months...Now I can sell them. |
