Help with N910v

I am trying to write a cert over uart for a n910v. I have enabled dm mode, and also usb debugging. Octoplus still can not find the phone. I dont understand what i am ding wrong. I can do any other verizon phone fine. Can anyone point me in the write direction.

i figured it out i had to tape the battery. In case you guys are needing this tape the battery between + and - sign the second one from the right
