I got this a21S, doesn't enter to recovery mode I checked both buttons work perfectly, the USB port is perfect it deems to be a problem new security patch anyone has any solution please let me know

Hey bro as I said before my phone doesn't boot into recovery or download mode I turn using the combination of buttons

I have an A21s a217m with the joipay application, I tried to change the firmware and it failed, now it does not go into download, it only shows the message Jtag lock is not set. What I can do?
