Unhappy GT-I9300 - USB Device not recognized

Hi, guys!

Since yesterday, i'm trying to unlock one Galaxy S3 I9300, but keeps saying "USB Device not recognized"
In download mode phone is OK, connecting and everything, but i cannot unlock it in download mode. As soon as i turn the phone on, that error pops up.

Charging port replaced, different cables, different usb ports = same results...
I've flashed the phone , worked like a charm (in download mode), but cannot unlock it.

Any ideas?
