Alliance shield without adb.... - GSM-Forum

Hello mates,

I have one A40 SM-A405FNXXS4CUL2 that i downgrade to SM-A405FNXXS4CUH2 and successfully restore Samsung backup.

Unfortunately service mode in Alliance does not contain all the usual options MTP/ADB.....
Have please a look at attached pictures to see. Any idea or hint?

When I get to usb settings I got just that Silent Log.

Device have Knox? When you setup Alince shield �� it’s show Knox? If yes tick on that then retry same
If phone not have Knox you can’t bypass 11 version
If device have 10 android version can try set pattern -

Yes it has Knox, please see attached pictures. Knox is activated too.
I do not know what is wrong.

Hello mates,

I get it finally done. The issue was: in the tutorial I followed, in the part activities (alliance shield x), one has to use the search option and input again Service mode. The result of the search are many lines with service mode options, from which, I choose the USB settings.

The solution is: under activities, just scroll down until "Service mode......USB Settings"
