Hello, try this method if it works and haven't tried it yet

SAMSUNG J7 PRIME (SM-G6100) 8.0 FRP BYPASS WITHOUT PC

If this method does not work you can use the combination u1 for g6100 and bypass frp, or downgrade u1 firmware of android 7 to the older security patches and repeat the unlocking operation with hush sms method or talk back method

If you downgrade from android 7 to android 6.0.1 it must be of the same firmware and binary u1, the risk can be in damaging the phone
