Galaxy A51 boot sequence question

Well ... The situation:

I have a water damaged Galaxy A51 [ SM-A515F ] - to be correct - a small traces from it via SIM card socket.

Important is phone stored data. So SW is last one step.

Cleaned, all covers dismounted and checked under scope.

Phone boot and change initial screen from A51 to Samsung, keep showing for a while Samsung and restarts.

The most freezing on logo after a water damage is due to Touch Panel not working, but in our case was checked with brand new one, and own LCD+Touch was checked on another board.

The non working is also charging - the phone keep nearby 1,5 - 1,6 W draw from USB power line and only flash sign in circle till reboot [ rebooting come even after normal power on even after plug it on charger ].

The logic come to check OVP [ ET9539 ] and small power IC [ SM5713 ] - well - the USB power pass thru OVP and reballing of SM5713 do not anything [ was not found any dirt or damaged balls under ]... small PCB, flat cable and connectors are changed, checked on another working phone and nothing also.

The next step was to going via logical initialisation - after LCD init the unit check TSP and going to play some sound and vibration after this turn on WiFi and/or BT...

Well - checked without BT/WiFi IC - same; checked without Audio amplifier - same...

Some hint will be welcome.
