some people say that the RETAIL phones are not missing like baseband chip or Sim module - ONLY DEMO PHONES ! that is why i'm asking you all, if that is true or not !!!?

I have seen couple of demo phones that has modem hardware but 98% does not have modem hardware... try to flash G973F or if its USA phone use G973U COMBINATION and afterwards flash multi firmware with PIT... It may remove demo mode..

Note: This method worked on G950X for me but its risky so try this method at your own risk! (it didn't have modem hardware and no IMEI, but demo mode removed)

The USA variant have IMEI/Modem its just hidden S10e/S10/S10plus

correct, s10 has full modem hw

Also exsyonys phone have modem g975f g973f you need flash stock firmware and you get imei 00000000
After need remote service to write new imei and it will full
Worked phone tested 2 demo phone and successfully
Done
