galaxy s7 Qr code message

Can someone advise how to disable!!

Bought a phone to refurb, done oem factory reset & on setup it's asking
for me to scan a Qr code, which I don't have.

Initially it wouldn't let me proceed past the Qr scanner, but I found if a
sim was inserted you could set the phone up as normal.

As I want to sell this on, I'd like to get rid of the Qr.

would a reflash of stock rom disable this?

Thanks

Looks to me as MDM personalization
Probably you won't be able to flash

You must remove MDM

Thanks yurais, but I'm still baffled, if anyone else wants to chip in with a response.
No MDM messages, no MDM apps.
I've tried 2 different network Sims & makes/receives calls no problem
All functions ok

I totally understand why you'd want to get rid of that feature before selling it on. In terms of solutions, reflashing the stock ROM may indeed be a good option, but it can be a bit of a hassle.

Alternatively, you could try downloading an app like Smart Engines (https://smartengines.com/) which could potentially help you scan the QR code if you happen to come across it in the future. Overall, I think it's great that you're taking the time to refurbish and sell a phone rather than letting it go to waste. Best of luck with the rest of the process!

Listen to you share this application is quite useful. Is this app paid?
