hello good day everyone

i have a tg n7100 note 2 dead not turnning on

i have the manual user and i applied steps in troubleshoot everything was good untill i reached

Check the U500 output voltageange the U501.
Yes
Check the U500 output signal
(AP_PS_HOLD(TP) > 1.8V)
If the output voltage is not satisfied with normal.
condition, Change the U500.
※ Each voltage level has ±10% margin.

(AP_PS_HOLD(TP) > 1.8V) what does this means ? which part is this and how to test it

can anyone help ? please experts i need help

one more thing when i plug the phone to power supplier and turn it on the amber goes to 0.28 and gets stuck there
i heated the u500 and the amber went higher when the phone was hot like normal but when it cools down it just stucks at 0.28
