Member: 172448 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 5 | Tnx mr R3iS , finally after about 6 months phone back to life but this tool write Locked chinese bootloader (locked sbl) and we have to write only chinese FW and i tried to write other fw from other countries such as indian , thailand ,France but all time odin failed to write this three files : MLO , SBL , MODEM . Do u have unlocked bootloader (SBL) to unlock boot ?? tnx . |

Member: 486988 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | Complete Instruction 100% Working 0. Download the tool OMAPFlash_1229_2ndlastt from the first post and extract it somewhere. 1. Get your firmware from **************. it will be an *.tar.md5 file. make a copy of the *.tar.md5 file and rename to *.tar file. 3. open the tar file with winrar and extract "MLO" "param.lfs" and "Sbl.bin" and keep somewhere. 4. Now go to the downloaded OMAPFlash_1229_2ndlastt\Targets\Projects\espresso folder copy and replace "MLO" "param.lfs" and "Sbl.bin" with files extracted earlier. 5. Take the battery off the phone. connect the phone with pc while keeping windows device manager opened. Omap4430 will be shown for a second or two. double click quickly on that and from properties update the driver with windows driver provided in OMAPFlash_1229_2ndlastt 6. after driver is installed, disconnect phone from pc and run omap4430hs_espresso_1200MHZ.bat. it will prompt you to connect the phone. 7. connect the phone and the repair will be done in 30 sec and it will say "waiting for device". Now disconnect the phone and insert the battery but do not turn on. 8. now insert a USB Jig and phone will immediately go to download mode. 9. As you have already replaced "MLO" "param.lfs" and "Sbl.bin" with your choice of firmware files it flash like dream Enjoy your resurrected I9100G!!!! |

Member: 556452 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | Will this work on a Galaxy Note GT - N7000 ?? The rom at the time was 4.0.4 kies update. To cut a long story short.... I used odin on the pc and flashed (by mistake) the wrong bootloader into the phone! So now.... Basically when I press power on the phone, nothing happens. When I put the 'jig' into it - nothing happens - no download mode when I press the recovery key / download key modes - nothing happens When I plug the charger in - there is no battery charge icon Basically the phone is bricked and having read this thread on how to revive a Samsung without the phone having to be turned on, or the battery in, well I thought to ask. Many thanks for any replies. |
