I new z3x user pls help me!

I wanna unlock me i9000 but i cant becouse this wrote me the box:searching usb flash interface... not found pls help me.
what need me install?, I've installed everything.
I use XP

And i try 2g 14.2 and 3g 9.4

anyway I think you will need to root the phone before being able to make the unlock.
double check as well if you activated the usb debugging and you gave the codes asked in the help frame about this model
