I'm looking for a software to downgrade samsung phone binary

Is there a software to downgrade the samsung binary from U8 to U1 using PC? I don't like android 9 and I want to go back to android 8.

I had it once in samsung j7 prime but after 2 3 times my phone got in panic mode.. first i rooted the phone then installed a custom rom, then i flashed it with a combination file which had lower binary, it was a success.. after some moments my phone got in panic mode, so i never get to try it again..

Maybe if you reflash the original rom, panic mode will be gone and you can try your experiment again.
