As the title says, i need that service

Google FRP (factory reset protection) remove service

i have my galaxy s6 with FRP LOCK ON and cann´t be activated, i buy this phone on ebay and the seller won´t provide the account linked to this device, i already purchase samsung activation remove service but is not working, phone ask for google account not samsung account.

Please help me !! i am ready to buy this service

Have you tried factory reset from recovery mode? If that doesn't work, maybe you could try flashing your device's stock ROM?

Is the phone in demo mode is there a app called Samsung retail mode? If there is if you open it does to have a option for configure setting or store settings
