J410F FRP and OEM ON, Your phone is locked because payment services was uninstalled
 

First time i see this. So i have an J410F with FRP and OEM on, i flashed it with combination file and then stock rom with home_csc file instead of just csc file. Now im stucking on this screen. What i did now is that i flashed the phone again with full stock rom with csc file on csc tab and not home_csc as i did before. Now my phone is back to life without any warning, but when i go to download mode still i get OEM - on and in settings i not have oem unlock option to tur it off.
