I have note 3 instead of showing signal it show round and cross on it how to fix anyone have idea ?

Baseband is n900aucucnc2
the imei is clean

one more thing signal do show when no sim , when put sim it show round and cross on it

cause I have try all thing related to software none work guess it hard ware

but also change antenna , charging port flex , but don't know where to work on board
