If the popup does not show, and the phone is rooted, simply install shortcut master lite.
Go to secret code explorer and open 27663368378.
You will be able to navigate from there to NVRAM Rebuild, though youll have to look it up for your device as the menu changes depending on the model and system.

Yes. Actually my software was in other folder. It should be in same folder containing root files to work.

I got MIPI fixed. Network comes.
But i am still on root.
Now if i flash to stock, will it remain fixed or again will fail?
Pls advice
