If this OEM Lock is ON his solution can not work. But it is always on

Simple way. Flash combination, turn on debugging, flash an official firmware without a CP file, select a HOME CSC file. Your phone will be fully launched without a Google account request. Check if debugging is enabled. Disable the FRP lock by any utility. All files are used from the links in the first post, checked on the firmware U2. flash the official firmware again by selecting all the partitions

Addition. If the phone turns on without checking the Google account, check the availability of the OEM Unlock option, if it is available, turn it on and reset it to the factory settings. Flash the phone with a full factory firmware,
