Steps To Root Galaxy S4 LTE-A SHV-E300S on Android 5.0.1:

Step No 1:- First download and install Samsung USB Drivers for your Galaxy S4 LTE-A SHV-E300S on your PC. If you have already Samsung USB Drivers installed on your PC then Skip this Step and go ahead.

Step No 2: Download CF-Auto Root file on your PC and unzip the root files on the desktop. Once the file are extracted, you’ll see these files: Chainfire Root File for Samsung Galaxy S4 LTE-A SHV-E300S on 5.0.1

Step No 3:- Turn OFF the Galaxy S4 LTE-A SHV-E300S to boot into Download Mode.Power Off Samsung Galaxy S4 LTE-A SHV-E300S on 5.0.1

Step No 4:- Now turn ON the phone while pressing and holding Volume Down + Home + Power keys at same time for a few seconds to enter into Download Mode.Download Mode on Samsung Galaxy S4 LTE-A SHV-E300S on 5.0.1

Step No 5:- While your phone is in the Download mode and shows a Warning Yellow Triangle Sign, then press the Volume Up key to continue.

Step No 6:- Run Odin3 that you have already downloaded (Step No 2) and you can find it in the extracted files on your computer.Open Odin3.09 for Samsung Galaxy S4 LTE-A SHV-E300S on 5.0.1

Step No 7:- Connect your device with PC using its USB data cable.

Step No 8:- Once the Galaxy S4 LTE-A SHV-E300S is connected to the computer successfully, “Added” message will be displayed on Odin automatically after the device is recognized.Samsung Galaxy Added Odin 3.09

Step No 12:-  Now, disconnect your phone from the PC. Open Applications Menu on your Smartphone and find SuperSU App to check either your device is successfully rooted or not.
