i face this issue
some one have any idea please help
Cannot create work profile
The security policy prevents the creation of a work profile because a custom OS has been installed on this device.

I think the phone has an MDM lock and because this is this info after writing to it custom recovery or other modification to bypass this security.

i have got the same issue, phone is mdm knox protected but once boot loader is unlocked, phone starts showing error, "can't create work profile".
(phone goes into download mode and recovery mode but can't activate phone because of work profile error).
work profile error shows only with android 11, but if phone is downgraded to android 10, then phone is activated.. but with android 11 can't activate the phone.
looking for working solution with android 11.

there is new security update which prevents to restore samsung account and it's apps.
it will show the message "something went wrong" when click restore backup.
already tried in different phones with android 11, and also tried different samsung account but still showing "something went wrong".
is there any solution for this problem..?
